South Access Road Repair Bids - Project No. 26-005 - The Monterey County Water Resources Agency is currently inviting bids for repair of the South Access Road at Nacimiento Dam, an Agency owned facility. This will be a competitive bid process.

Grazing Lease Bids - Project No. 26-004 - The Monterey County Water Resources Agency manages grazing leases on Agency owned lands surrounding the Nacimiento and San Antonio Reservoirs. The program covers approximately 16,400 acres of rangelands. The competitive bid process begins early July, and the new lease cycle will be effective November 1, 2026.

Interested bidders should carefully review lease materials and understand the operational responsibilities associated with Agency grazing lands. Further information can be found on the Agency website under the Programs tab, Grazing Lease Program webpage (link below)

April 24, 2026 -- A Deep Aquifers Well Owner Workshop will be held on May 20, 2026, at 1:30 PM. This informational workshop is open to everyone who would like to discuss recommended options for interim and long-term management actions for the Deep Aquifers and hear about next steps toward decision making. April 17, 2026 -- The Monterey County Water Resources Agency is now accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the San Antonio Dam Spillway Replacement Project: Environmental Consulting Services and/or the Nacimiento Dam Spillway Plunge Pool Project: Environmental Consulting Services. Please review the Request for Qualifications document for instructions, process, and timeline.
