2025-2026 Area Plan Update
Each subsequent year of the Area Plan cycle, the Area Agency on Aging is required to review and re-evaluate the service needs of older adults in their area and update the area plan to meet those needs. This includes reviewing program service data, conducting a public hearing to hear from our constituents and receive their input, and review available, but limited resources to meet the Older Americans Act mandates. The County of Monterey AAA 2025-2026 Area Plan Update includes updated goals for the mandated service areas of the FY 2024-28 Area Plan in the continuation of vital program services.
