The County is soliciting proposal packages from qualified organization(s) to provide litter abatement services to address illegal dumping of household, commercial and industrial waste items on County roads and public lands, including but not limited to waste collection and illegal dumping mitigation throughout the County and extraordinary services such as the collection and disposal of homeless encampment debris.

There are approximately twenty-nine (29) signal locations, electroliers, beacons, street lighting, lighted signs, and various other types of electronic devices used in traffic safety which require both preventative maintenance and on-call repair services.
