Storm Drain Maintenance

In order to minimize the risk of discharging pollutants into the receiving waters of Monterey County, the County's Public Works Department regularly inspects, cleans and maintains its storm drain systems.

To report a non-urgent problem or submit a request for service, please contact Public Works by telephone at (831) 755-4800 (M-F, 8am-5pm), or submit your request by email to 300-servicerequest@co.monterey.ca.us.   Please include your name, address and telephone number should you need to be contacted for additional information. 

For emergencies, please call  911.
