Notification of Vacancy:

The Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council (JJCC) is presently accepting submissions from individuals who would like to be considered to fill one current vacancy as Nonprofit community-based organization (CBO) Representative. The open submission period is November 7, 2025 – January 9, 2026. The submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, January 9, 2026

The JJCC is a public body that meets at least once a year and assists the Chief Probation Officer in developing and executing the Comprehensive Multiagency Juvenile Justice Plan to provide a continuum of responses and priorities for the use of grant funds for the prevention, intervention, supervision, treatment, and detention of justice-involved youth in accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code Section 749.22 and Government Code Section 30061.

Nonprofit community-based organization (CBO) Representative Application and Recommendation Process
To be considered for membership in the JJCC as a Nonprofit community-based organization (CBO) Representative to fill a vacancy, please complete and submit the application as indicated below during the open submission period.
