Assistive Devices
Monterey County Free Libraries has a Library of Things with a focus on assistive devices. These “Assistive Device Kits” can be searched in the catalog under “Assistive Device Kits”.
- You must have an MCFL library card in good standing to borrow from the Library of Things.
- All items must be returned directly to Library staff during open hours.
- Most items check out for 21 days and are eligible for holds and renewals if no one else is waiting.
- Replacement costs may apply if an item is lost or returned broken or missing parts.
