Branchlets
What are Branchlets?
Branchlets are birdhouse-style dispensers that offer free books on a “take a book, leave a book” honor system.
Monterey County Free Libraries has installed over 20 branchlets throughout the County to encourage residents to make reading a part of their everyday lives. Visit your nearest branchlet and find a variety of new and used books for all ages and reading tastes.
MCFL staff and your neighbors are constantly adding books so you never know what you’ll find!
Our branchlets are maintained and supplied through the generous support of volunteer community stewards who help to ensure their success.
