| Project Description: |
Combined Development Permit consisting of:
- Coastal Development Permit and Design Approval to allow a lift station and sewer replacement project consisting of a new below grade sewage lift station and appurtenant utility equipment, installation of four residential scale sewage grinder pumps, and rehabilitation/replacement of approximately 1,600 linear feet of sewer line;
- Coastal Development to allow development within 100 feet of Environmentally Sensitive Habitat Area (Coastal brambles);
- Coastal Development Permit to allow Development within 750 feet of known archaeological resources; and
- Coastal Development Permit to allow development on slopes in excess of 30%, consisting of removing existing sections of above ground pipes.
