Description:		Ordinances amending Title 7, Title 20 (Coastal), and Title 21 (Inland) to modify regulations and process of vacation rentals uses in the County.

Location:		County-wide unincorporated areas

Current Status:		Draft ordinances are under development per Board of Supervisor's direction, on June 6, 2026. Planning Commission - February 11, 2026 Public Hearing Notice Staff Report and Draft Ordinances
Environmental Review:		Under Review. Access the Environmental Impact report for the Vacation Rental Ordinances.
