Payments made by check must be pay to the order of: “County of Monterey”, without the Department name. ~ ~ The County of Monterey submitted the third draft of the Sixth Cycle (2023-2031) Housing Element Update (HEU6) to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (CA HCD) on March 13, 2026, for a mandatory 60-day review period (English version).
