The County of Monterey Employee Wellness Program (Health Promotion Partnership) was established in 1985 to promote workplace environments, policies, and programs that support employee health and well-being. The program aims to help employees perform at their best while recognizing the importance of family and community.
Wellbeats Wellness (powered by LifeSpeak) gives you on‑demand access to fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness videos—stream workouts, yoga flows, meditations, and more—anytime, anywhere. Share with up to five family members or friends (ages 14+).
ALAViDA Substance Use (by LifeSpeak) is a confidential, evidence‑based support program for County employees and their adult family members (21+). Get expert guidance and self‑help tools to build healthier relationships with alcohol, cannabis, tobacco, prescription or OTC substances.
