Individual departments can request in-person or virtual health and well-being training from the Employee Wellness Program (EMPWELL PROGRAM); please see the Workplace Training To-Go List for more details. These workshops are provided for ten or more employees during staff meetings, off-site meetings, employee recognition days, or special training. Work with the EMPWELL PROGRAM Coordinator to find the best activity for your worksite.

Training requirements:

  1. Requests must be submitted 4-6 weeks before the event date
  2. Minimum of 10 attendees
  3. Complete the online Workplace Training To-Go Request Form

 

Once your request has been submitted, an Employee Wellness Program staff member will contact you within five business days. Requests are filled based on staff and/or vendor availability. The department requesting the training will be responsible for the cost.
