Free Employee Physicals
Employees are encouraged to visit a health care provider annually, even if they are healthy. The purpose of a physical is to see how the body is performing, screen for diseases, assess the risk of future medical problems, update vaccinations, and maintain a relationship with a health care provider.
County of Monterey employees are eligible to receive a FREE physical examination once every year or every other year (depending on the bargaining unit). The physicals are provided by Natividad Medical Group.

Stay ahead of seasonal illnesses with our convenient on-site vaccine clinics this fall. Getting vaccinated is one of the simplest ways to protect your health—and the health of those around you. Our clinics will offer flu shots and other recommended vaccines, all of which will be provided on-site at your workplace for your convenience.
Clinics begin September 24, 2025, and continue to October 9, 2025.
