The Child Passenger Safety Program promotes car seat education in Monterey County to reduce the number of children killed or injured in vehicle crashes.
County of Monterey Health Department works in collaboration with local partners to ensure every child is in the appropriate car seat for their age, height and weight. The program promotes car seat usage, car seat education, proper installations, and increasing the number of local certified technicians.
