Well Permit Applications

Beginning April 1, 2020, the Environmental Health Bureau is posting well construction permit applications for wells in a defined “Covered Area.”  This does not apply to: 1) wells for extraction for domestic purposes of two acre feet or less per year; and 2) monitoring wells.
