Welcome to the Monterey County Behavioral Health myHealthPointe site. We are excited to share that myHealthPointe will be available to members to view their health information in an easy and convenient way. Some of the information available includes diagnosis, treatment plan/problem list, medication list, progress notes, and sign up to receive email or text appointment reminders. We hope that this tool will empower members, improve collaborative care planning, and remove barriers to access records.
