Vote by mail ballots postmarked on or before Election Day and received by the Tuesday* following Election Day as well as Monterey County vote by mail ballots returned in-person to other county election offices by Election Day will be added to the count as applicable.

Voters have until two days before certification to file or update a signature with the Elections Office. All voters with challenged signatures received a notice including a signature statement form. The Election will be certified on December 2, 2025. Signature statements are due no later than 5 p.m. on November 30, 2025.
