Campaign Finance Disclosures
The filing system, NetFile, is a web-based filing system that allows individuals to electronically submit disclosure reports mandated by California’s Political Reform Act free of charge.
Use the Filer Access Portal to create electronic campaign statements. Before you begin you must have received your Electronic Filing System filer identification number and password. To get a filer identification number and password for your committee, call the Monterey County Elections office at (831) 796-1499. Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
The public access portal contains campaign disclosure reports provided by local elected officials, candidates, and committees.

View campaign filings of State and Judicial candidates/officeholders at the Cal-Access Campaign Finance Portal.

Municipal candidates/officeholders file campaign reports with their city clerks. For more information on public viewing, please contact the respective city clerk.
