The mission of Community Action Plan Monterey County is to promote a County workplace culture that is inclusive, equitable, and just for all staff, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or cultural background. We focus on advocating for and implementing policies and practices that address systemic racism and promote racial equity in all aspects of County governance.
