Property Value Notice

Directions for using the Search Function of this website:

1. Click on the "Value Notice Search Link" below, to open the Value Search Page.
2. The “Search By” accommodates searching by Fee Parcel Number or by Assessment Number, with the default search method as Fee Parcel Number. To switch to Select by Assessment Number, click in the SEARCH BY box and select “Assessment”.
3. Enter the 12-digit or partial (minimum 6-digits i.e.123456) Parcel/Assessment number to be searched. (No punctuation or spaces)
4. To access the assessment information from your search, double click on the desired assessment number in the list.
5. The data available for viewing is the “Property Information” or the “Roll Values”. The default screen will show the Property Information, and to view the roll information, click on the “Roll Value” heading.
6. The view or print a Value Notice for a Prop 8 assessment, click on the “View/Print Value Notice” heading. If a Prop 8 Value Notice is available for the assessment being searched, a PDF download file will be created.
