Annual operating permit invoices for the July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 operating year have been mailed to Environmental Health Bureau permit holders. Payment is due no later than June 30, 2026. Accounts not paid by the due date may be subject to applicable late penalties.
Payment Options
- Online through the Accela Citizens Access portal (processing fee applies).
- By mail (payment must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2026).
- In person at the Environmental Health Bureau office.
Accepted forms of payment: Check, cash, credit card (Visa/MasterCard only, 3% fee applies).

To view or pay your invoice(s), please log in to your Accela Citizens Access account. If you need assistance or would like to request a copy of your invoice, please have your facility type, site address, and permit number available and contact the Environmental Health Bureau front office at (831) 755-4505.
Business Closure or Ownership Change
If your business has closed or ownership has changed, you are responsible for notifying the Environmental Health Bureau before June 30, 2026. Failure to do so may result in assessment of the annual permit fee and applicable late penalties.
