Public comment period for the Addendum to the Monterey County 2010 General Plan Environmental Impact Report regarding Point of Use/Point of Entry Ordinance Amendments is now open and will close at 5PM on June 9, 2026.  The ordinance amendment would allow property owners to use a POU/POE device to meet water quality standard for new construction.  More details are available here.
