The County of Monterey Board of Supervisors will hear a TRUTH Act presentation on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 1:30p.m. in which local law enforcement, under its jurisdiction for civil immigration enforcement, will provide data concerning access to individuals it has provided ICE during the previous year and to receive and consider public comment.
