SAND STOCKPILES
PURPOSE:
Sand for sandbags is available free to the public at the below-listed stockpiles only for flood-prevention measures for citizens in the UNINCORPORATED areas of Monterey County. For further information concerning sand stockpiles, contact the County of Monterey Public Works Maintenance Office at (831) 755-4925.
Sandbags are available from the citizen’s nearest unincorporated area fire station.
If you are not familiar with these areas, please use the Map marker's "Get Directions" link in the embedded map at the top of the page for a geographic location as some stockpile locations do not have an exact address.
